I've got my own website since the primary school. They were always on some freehost like geocities of course, which I got bored to in 2007 when I decided to get my own domain. The name came up pretty easily and it doesn't have any deeper meaning than my love to music and the way it looks written down. I also wanted the name to be in Finnish.

The idea for the site is to be my personal. It would be stupid to say I do this only for myself, because who would ever have a website just for his- or herself? Of course I whish people come here and like my layouts and texts. For me, websites are one way to express myself and it's a great way for self-study. For now, Rytmitaju.org is a very little site and I don't have any need to extend it at least at the moment. Some own part for fanlistings would maybe be cool but that's about it. However, I'm always open for new ideas, interesting projects and sites that need hosting and so on.

The layouts are always made totally by me, and they are the way for me to create something new for time to times to this website. I edit all the pictures with Adobe Photoshop 6 and GIMP, and all the credits can be found from the Copyright-section. The most important things for me are functionality and the esthetic side, not making some superweird and cool stuff with codes. I always love to get some comments about the layouts and the site generally to the Guestbook.
